Dear All,

We recognize that as the global response to COVID-19 continues to evolve, this is an unprecedented situation for everyone.  In this time of uncertainty, our priority is of course the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, their families, our clients, and the greater community.  To this end, we have implemented a business continuity plan that we have outlined further below.  Know that throughout this difficult time, Fulton Management remains committed to maintaining our level of service and to remaining available to help you through any challenges this pandemic creates.  We are actively monitoring announcements in government programs and relief efforts and will do our best to keep you abreast of meaningful developments as they arise.

Business Continuity

We have configured our IT infrastructure to allow our employees to work remotely with the same access to software and data security that exists within the confines of our office.  We have developed a COVID-19-safe workflow to ensure that client bills continue to be paid and that client deposits are made in a timely fashion.  Until further notice, we are no longer traveling for business purposes or scheduling face-to-face meetings, however each of our employees remain available via email and telephone.

How We Can Help

We are particularly sensitive to the economic hardship this virus is likely to create in the immediate term for many of our clients.  Proper tax planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and the ability to obtain access to credit is more important now than ever.  Our staff has extensive experience in each of these areas and we want to be a financial resource for you during this difficult time.  We strongly suggest you consider the following issues and speak to us for advice:

  • Reviewing unpaid tax liabilities – The IRS has extended its payment deadline by 90 days to July 15th for taxpayers owing less than $1M.
  • Review current and forecasted cash-flow projections – If any liquidity shortages are anticipated, perhaps an SBA disaster-assistance loan is available to help your company survive this crisis (https://disasterloan.sba.gov/ela/Information/Index)
  • Review your HR approach to handling COVID-19 – Our office can provide assistance to you in how best to protect your employees during this difficult time

Please do all that you can to be safe and stay healthy.  We remain at your disposal to help you however we can through these trying times.

Warmest Regards,

Eric, Elizabeth, and Matthew
